Addtech AB- Cancellation of repurchased shares
The Annual General Meeting in Addtech AB held 22 August 2006 resolved to cancel 1,700,000 repurchased class B shares. The cancellation has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). The total number of shares in Addtech is 23,632,832, divided into 1,103,814 class A shares and 22,529,018 class B shares. Addtech's holding of shares in treasury after the cancellation amounts to 760,000 class B shares, equivalent to 3.2 percent of the total number of shares and 2.3 percent of the votes in Addtech. The number of shares outstanding is now 22,872,832.
