The regularly scheduled Annual General Meeting in Addtech AB held August 19, 2004 resolved to cancel 1,181,400 repurchased class B shares. The cancellation has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). The total number of shares in Addtech now outstanding is 25,332,832, divided into 1,106,502 class A shares and 24,226,330 class B shares. Addtech's holding of shares in treasury after the cancellation amounts to 900,000 class B shares, equivalent to 3.6 percent of the number of shares outstanding and 2.6 percent of the votes in Addtech.
