Addtech AB: Extra General Meeting March 9, 2005

At the Extra General Meeting of Shareholders in Addtech AB, it has today been decided to approve to the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Bergman & Beving MediTech AB, in accordance with previously presented information. Possession of the shares is expected to be taken March 31, 2005. The acquisition is conditioned to approval by the Extra General Meeting of Shareholders in Bergman & Beving AB, March 9, 2005.
