Addtech has on March 6, 2003 repurchased 200,000 of its own class B shares. The number of shares held in treasury now stands at 2,081,400 class B shares. This represents 7.5 percent of all shares outstanding, and 5.5 percent of the votes. The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 27,864,232.
