Addtech has on February 10, 2003 repurchased 250,000 of its own class B shares. The number of shares held in treasury now stands at 1,631,400 class B shares. This represents 5.9 percent of all shares outstanding, and 4.3 percent of the votes. The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 27,864,232.
