Addtech acquires AVT Industriteknik AB

Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in AVT Industriteknik AB (”AVT”).

AVT designs and manufactures industrial automation equipment primarily for the manufacturing, pharma and automotive industry.  The offering includes electrical and mechanical design,  programming of PLC and industrial robots, vision technology, installation and service. The company has 42 employees and sales of around 70 MSEK.

AVT will very effectively complement Addtech´s current operations in the business area Automation and additionally add valuable integration competence.

The closing will take place today and the acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
