Addtech acquires Birepo A/S

Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Birepo A/S.

Birepo develops and delivers customized locks and security solutions under its own brand. The business is mainly focused on industrial applications, infrastructure, energy and transportation.

Birepo will very effectively complement Addtech´s current operations in the business unit Addtech Components Denmark. The Company has 10 employees and sales of around DKK 25 million.

The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of February 2019 and to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
