Addtech acquires C.K. Environment

Addtech Process Technology a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in C.K. Environment A/S (“CKE”)

C.K. Environment is a leading provider of instrumentation and solutions for measuring and analyzing of gasses, liquids, particles, humidity and temperature. The company offers both complete customized solutions as well as components and service to a wide range of industrial customers. CKE is headquartered outside Copenhagen, Denmark, has 14 employees and annual sales of around DKK 30 million.

“CKE has a strong position to capture the potential from society’s increasing demands on industry to reduce its environmental impact in terms of emission from exhaust gas and wastewater. They will add important competences and strengthen the offer within our business unit Emission Control”, says Claus Nielsen, Business Area Manager Process Technology

The closing will take place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
