Addtech acquires Caligo Industria Oy

Addtech Industrial Process, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Caligo Industria Oy (“Caligo”)

Caligo develops and supplies flue gas cleaning and heat recovery systems mainly to combined heat and powerplants and the wood processing industry in the Nordics and in France. Caligo’s patented solutions provide significantly reduced emissions and use of water as well as increased energy efficiency.

Caligo will very effectively complement Industrial Process’ current operations in clean air technology. Caligo has nine employees and sales of around EUR 6,3 million.

The closing will take place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the next financial year.
