Addtech acquires Clyde Holding Limited

Addtech Process Technology, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Clyde Holding Limited (“Clyde”).

Clyde is a leading supplier of products and systems for pneumatic conveying primarily to the process and energy industries. The company operates globally and has extensive experience of complex projects where they also offer aftermarket services. The company is headquartered in Doncaster, UK, has sales of approximately GBR 12 million and has 49 employees.

With its deep technical application knowledge, Clyde will complement Addtech’s business unit Process Systems in a very good way.

The closing takes place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
