Addtech acquires Craig & Derricott Holdings Ltd

Addtech Power Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Craig & Derricott Holdings Ltd.

Craig & Derricott is engaged in design, manufacturing and marketing of low voltage electrical control equipment and switchgear for the UK market and export markets.

Craig & Derricott will very effectively complement Addtech’ s current operations in the business unit Storage & Power. The Company has 90 employees and sales of about GBP 10 million.

The closing is estimated to take effect today and to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
