Addtech acquires Drivhuset AB

Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Drivhuset AB (“Drivhuset”).

Drivhuset is a leading supplier of frequency converters on the Swedish market. The company also offers other critical components for electric drive systems such as motor controls and soft starters. Drivhuset will become a part of and complements our operations in the BEVI-group who is a supplier of electric drive systems. Drivhuset has 7 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 35 million with headquarters in Mjölby.

The closing takes place today. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
