Addtech acquires Fibersystem AB

Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Fibersystem AB.

Fibersystem is a high-tech cyber security innovation company that develops fiber optic transmission solutions and IT security products. The products are used in various industries worldwide in defense, infrastructure, healthcare, safety and manufacturing industry. All the production takes place in Sweden with carefully selected partners.

Fibersystem will very effectively complement Addtech's current operations in the business unit Addtech Components Sweden. The company has 12 employees and in addition involves about 80 people in development and production. The annual sales is approximately SEK 140 million.

The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of July 2018 and to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year
