Addtech acquires Gotapack International AB

Addtech Process Technology, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Gotapack International AB (“Gotapack”)

Gotapack has strong industry expertise in equipment, spare parts and service to the pharmaceutical industry. The main products include processing and packaging machinery. The primary markets are Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Gotapack complements Addtech's existing operations within the Process Systems business unit. The company has 5 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 25 million.

The closing will take place today and is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
