Addtech acquires KZ moder AB (“KZ Group“)

Addtech Industrial Process, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in KZ Group.

KZ Group is a leading supplier of components, equipment and solutions for the water grid as well as treatment of water and wastewater, which reduce water leakage and unbilled water supply and control the quality of drinking water. The primary markets are Sweden and Norway.

KZ Group complements Addtech's existing operations which are conducted within the Industrial Process business area and is in line with our focus on sustainability and environmental technology.  KZ Group has 29 employees and sales of around SEK 100 million.

The closing takes place today and the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
