Addtech acquires Nanosystec GmbH

Addtech Electrification, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Nanosystec GmbH (”Nanosystec”).

Nanosystec develops, produces and sells production equipment primarily for manufacture of opto-electronics and precision mechanics to customers in the data communications, medical technology and semiconductor industries. The company has 20 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 7.8 million and is headquartered outside Frankfurt, Germany.

Nanosystec complements and strengthens Addtech's existing operations within the business unit Connectivity Solutions.

The closing will take place today. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
