Addtech acquires Norwegian company in marine hydraulics

Kurt Wiig AS had 2005 revenues of MNOK 24 and delivers customer-specific hydraulic solutions, primarily to the Norwegian offshore and sub sea industries.
 
Already today, Addtech has sales to demanding customer segments in the Norwegian offshore industry through its subsidiary Aratron AS. With this acquisition the Group gains not only increased exposure to this in Norway important industry but also increased expertise and a broader product portfolio for those cases where hydraulic solutions are best for the customer. The acquisition complements Aratron's existing sales in hydraulics.
 
The acquisition is expected to have a direct and marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share. Possession is expected to be taken 1 April 2006.
