Addtech acquires Power Technic ApS

Addtech Power Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Power Technic ApS.

Power Technic is a well established supplier of power supply products mainly for the Danish market.

Power Technic will complement Addtech’s current operations in the business unit Power Supply Systems. The Company has 6 employees and sales of around 35 MDKK.

The closing is estimated to take effect today and is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
