Addtech acquires Prisma Teknik AB and Prisma Light AB

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Prisma Teknik AB and Prisma Light AB.

Prisma Teknik AB is a leading supplier of advanced pedestrian crossing signals, elbow switches for demanding environments and instruments for measuring crankshaft deflection. The products is the Companies´ own designs and are sold in several countries.

Prisma Light AB develops and supplies LED lighting for outdoor enviroments.

Prisma Teknik AB and Prisma Light AB will complement Addtech’s current operations in the business unit Energy Products. The Companies have together 27 employees and sales of around 70 MSEK.

The closing is estimated to take effect during July 2018 and is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
