Addtech acquires Thurne Teknik AB

Addtech Industrial Process, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Thurne Teknik AB.

Thurne Teknik is a leading supplier of components, equipment and advanced process systems to primarily the chemical and the pharmaceutical industry in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Thurne Teknik will complement Addtech's current operations in the business area Industrial Process. Thurne Teknik has 19 employees and sales of around SEK 100 million.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of April and the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the coming financial year.
