Addtech acquires TLS Energimätning AB

Addtech Industrial Process, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in TLS Energimätning AB.

TLS Energimätning delivers measurement equipment for heat, cooling and water for thermal power plants and waterworks in the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets.

TLS will very effectively complement Addtech's current operations in the business area Addtech Industrial Process. The Company has 9 employees and sales of around SEK 50 million.

The closing will take place today and the acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
