Addtech acquires Tritech Solutions AB

Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Tritech Solutions AB (”Tritech Solutions”).

Tritech Solutions delivers customized embedded computer systems, primarily to OEM-customers within industrial automation, medical technology, telecommunication and transportation.

Tritech Solutions will very effectively complement Addtech´s current operations in the business area Automation. The company has 8 employees and sales of around 60 MSEK.

The closing is expected to take place in the beginning of August 2021 and the acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
