Addtech acquires Unilite A/S

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in Unilite A/S (”Unilite”).

Unilite develops, manufactures and sells energy-efficient fire safety- and ventilation solutions for industrial, commercial and public buildings. The company has 78 employees and a turnover of approximately DKK 210 million and is headquartered in Hobro, Denmark.

Unilite complements the operations conducted with a focus on energy efficiency and safety within the Energy Products business unit.

Closing will take place at the beginning of October. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
