Addtech Repurchase of own shares

Addtech has on 18 September 2018 repurchased 200,000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 192.62.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 1,263,649 class B shares.

As of September 18, 2018 the total number of shares in Addtech AB amounts to 68,198,496, and the number of shares outstanding is 66,934,847.
