Addtech sells EnvoControl
The Addtech Group has concluded an agreement to sell its subsidiary EnvoControl AB. Buyer is the company's management.
EnvoControl is active in sales, installation and service of machinery and facilities for industrial cleaning technology. The business generates revenues of about MSEK 30 annually and has six employees. EnvoControl is a part of Addtech's business area Production Systems. The motive for the sale is for Addtech to sharpen the focus on its core operations.
The sale of EnvoControl AB is expected to give rise to a small surplus, which will be reported in the interim report for the period July - September 2003. The sale is subject to ratification by the Annual General Meeting in Addtech AB.
