Addtech sells Solar Supply Sweden AB

Addtech Power Solutions, a business area within the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to sell all shares outstanding in Solar Supply Sweden AB to E.ON Energilösningar AB.

Solar Supply Sweden AB is engaged in marketing and selling components to solar installations and turn key solar installations primarily to the Swedish market. Solar Supply has since many years a close collaboration with E.on regarding E.on´s ambitions on the Swedish solar market.

Solar Supply, with 5 employees and a turnover of approximately 80 MSEK, has belonged to the business unit Power Supply Systems.

”The reason why we have now decided to sell Solar Supply is that we consider the company to have better market opportunities if being owned directly by an energy company with clear ambitions on the solar market. We are convinced that Solar Supply´s employees, customers and business partners will have a continued good development under E.on´s ownership”, says Niklas Stenberg, business area manager at Addtech Power Solutions.

The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of September 2018 and to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech´s earnings per share during the current financial year, due to a minor capital gain.
