Addtech sells Tubex Hydraul AB
Business area Addtech Transmission has concluded an agreement to sell its subsidiary Tubex Hydraul AB to E2 Systems AB. Possession is expected to be taken 1 September, 2005.
Tubex is active as a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The business has revenues of about MSEK 20 and has 15 employees.
The sale of Tubex is estimated to have a marginal impact on the Addtech group result during the current financial year.
