Change in the number of shares outstanding

During January, holders of personnel options have exercised 83,000 personnel options to acquire 83,000 class B shares.

Addtech's holding of shares in treasury at the end of January amounts to 402,000 class B shares, equivalent to 1.8 percent of the total number of shares and 1.2 percent of the votes in Addtech.

The number of shares outstanding at the end of January is 22,330,832.
