Repurchase of own shares

Addtech has on 15 September 2017 repurchased 200,000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 155.50.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 1,335,049 class B shares.

As of September 29, 2017 the total number of shares in Addtech AB amounts to 68,198,496, and the number of shares outstanding is 66,863,447.
