Repurchase of own shares

Addtech has today, on 29 October 2013 repurchased 38 813 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 297.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 713 963 class B shares.

The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 22,732,832, and the number of shares outstanding is 22 018 869.
