Restated figures according to the new organisation

As a consequence of the new organisation that came into effect on October 1, Addtech is adjusting the reporting for the business areas. To enable comparisons in the coming financial reports, recalculated figures for all quarters of the fiscal years 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and the first two quarters of 2021/2022 are presented.

To best capture future growth opportunities, Addtech has since October 1 a new sharpened organisation that comprises of five business areas with clear niche strategies. By adapting operations and further strengthening the network between the companies, the new business areas can more efficiently capture the future growth potential, both organically and through acquisitions.

Restated figures according to the new organisation for the past 10 quarters are available on Addtech’s website and as an attachment to this press release. The first interim report according to the new structure will be for the third quarter, which will be published on February 8, 2022.
