Addtech has on 22 November 2007 repurchased 250,000 of its own class B shares. The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 1,383,000 class B shares. This represents 5.9 percent of all shares, and 4.1 percent of the votes. The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 23,632,832, and the number of shares outstanding is 22,249,832.
