Shares held in treasury
Addtech has on February 13, 2004 repurchased 750,000 of its own class B shares. The number of shares held in treasury now stands at 1,981,400 class B shares. This represents 7.47 percent of all shares outstanding, and 5.43 percent of the votes. The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 26,514,232.
