The Nomination Committee´s proposal for the Board of Directors of Addtech AB
The Nomination Committee has in its previous communication as per March 9, 2021, proposed that Board member Kenth Eriksson will be elected as Chairman of the Board at the 2021 Annual General Meeting since the current Chairman Johan Sjö has declined re-election.
The Committee also proposes the re-election of Board members Kenth Eriksson, Henrik Hedelius, Ulf Mattsson, Malin Nordesjö and Niklas Stenberg. Eva Elmstedt has declined re-election. Annikki Schaeferdiek is proposed as new Board member.
Annikki Schaeferdiek is born 1969 and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is the founder and CEO of Syster P AB and has experience from both small and large companies as well as working with owner-managed companies. She has a broad market competence and extensive experience in international sales and expanding into new markets. Annikki is the Chairman of the board at Competella AB and board member at Proact IT AB, Formpipe Software AB and Axiell Group AB.
The Nomination Committee’s proposal entails that the number of Board members is suggested to be six during the forthcoming term of office.
The Nomination Committee's additional proposals will be published in conjunction with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2021.
The Addtech Nomination Committee for the 2021 Annual General Meeting consists of Anders Börjesson (appointed by Tisenhult Invest AB), Henrik Hedelius (appointed by Tom Hedelius), Marianne Nilsson (appointed by Swedbank Robur fonder), Mats Gustafsson (appointed by Lannebo fonder) and Elisabet Jamal Bergström (appointed by SEB Investment Management).
