The nomination committee’s proposal of board of directors in ADDvise Group AB (publ) - Regulatory information

The nomination committee of ADDvise Group AB (publ) has decided to propose the reelection of the current board members Rikard Akhtarzand and Fredrik Celsing as members of the board of directors at the annual general Meeting (AGM) 2020. In addition, the nomination committee proposes election of Staffan Torstensson and Erland Pontusson. Furthermore, it is proposed that Staffan Torstensson is elected chairman of the board of directors. The current chairman of the board of directors, Meg Tivéus, has declined re-election.

Staffan Torstensson has a Master of Science in Business Administration, Jönköping International Business School and is operating as partner at Evli Bank within corporate finance. Staffan Torstensson is currently board member in Tuida Holding AB.

Erland Pontusson has a Master of Science in Business and Economics, Stockholm University, performed an AMP, Stockholm Institute of International Business and commenced as COO in ADDvise Group in 2016. Erland has had numerous management positions within medical technology and IT, such as Philips, Fujitsu, VWR International and LIC Care.

The nomination committee's complete proposals for resolutions at the annual general meeting 2020 will be published in connection with the notice of the annual general meeting 2020.

The nomination committee for the annual general meeting 2020 in ADDvise Group consists of Per-Anders Tammerlöv (chairman of the nomination committee) appointed by Rikard Akhtarzand, shareholder through direct and indirect ownership, Per Åhlgren, shareholder through indirect ownership, Magnus Vahlquist, shareholder through direct and indirect ownership and Meg Tivéus, chairman of ADDvise Group AB. The nomination committee jointly represents approximately 45 per cent of the votes in the company.
