Adelis backs Avidly in its growth journey

Adelis becomes the majority shareholder in Avidly to support the company accelerate growth. Adelis launched a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for Avidly in July 2022. The tender offer was successful, and the 90% acceptance threshold was exceeded on September 2nd.
