Adelis new majority owner in Nordomatic AB
Adelis Equity Partners Fund I (“Adelis”) has acquired a majority stake in Nordomatic AB from the existing owners. Closing is subject to anti-trust clearance and expected at the end of March.

In partnership with management, our ambition is to support Nordomatic in the next phase of growth, including an expansion both in Sweden and across the Nordics,” says Jan Åkesson at Adelis.
Nordomatic will continue to operate independently and execute on the strategic plan for 2020 as decided by the board. Chairman of the board Torbjörn Torell and CEO Olov Schagerlund will continue in their respective roles.
