Adera: Acquisition of OOPix cancelled

Adera: Acquisition of OOPix cancelled Adera and the former owners of the system development company OOPix have decided to cancel the acquisition. This means that the 777,202 B shares issued in conjunction with the acquisition will be returned to Adera. Concurrently, the account balances between the two companies will be closed. The decision is conditional upon the approval of a Extra General Meeting. Notification to attend such a Meeting will be made in next few days. In future, Adera, within business area IT, will focus its resources at Astrakan, an IT and management company with nearly 100 employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
