Adera and dKraft cancel letter of intent On June 2, 2000, Adera and dKraft signed a letter of intent whereby Adera was to acquire dKraft for SEK 27 M, with the purchase price to be paid in Adera Series B shares. Following negotiations during the summer, the parties agreed that they would not pursue the letter of intent but would instead mutually annul it, effective August 28. The reason given is that Adera and dKraft were unable to agree on the terms.
