Adera builds Telia's website for investor relations Many of Sweden's approximately one million Telia shareholders are now following the share's performance with great interest on Telia's new website for investor relations. The website was developed in a cooperation between Telia and Adera, one of Telia's framework-agreement suppliers. The website was developed taking into account the needs of the shareholders as well as analysts and the finance market. The aim has been to offer in-depth, broad, current and historical information. Particularly interesting events are shown through web broadcasts in cooperation with the web broadcasting company Kamera Interactive. - It has been important for us within Telia to create a good and easily accessible website for all of our new shareholders, including many who purchased shares for the first time," says Elisabeth Gustavsson at the Investor Relations Department in Telia. Concurrently, the site must also function as an information source for analysts and the finance market. Prior to initiating the development work, the desires of the various target groups regarding information were closely surveyed, including work with specific test groups. It was revealed, for example, than many analysts are completely abandoning paper-based information in favor of information over the Internet, an element that places particularly high demands on the website's information content. - Swedish analysts are well in the forefront with regard to IT use, says Ulf Johansson at Adera, For example, many have demands that information be downloadable to palmtop computers or provided via WAP. In addition to this, Telia has placed high demands on the website and us as suppliers, making the project a highly stimulating work assignment. Telia's investor relations site at telia.se will be expanded and upgraded with new functions in response to user viewpoints and demands. The English version will be published mid-August.
