Adera raises 427 million SEK in secondary offering

Adera raises 427 million SEK in secondary offering The board of directors in Adera AB decided, in a meeting on the 19:th of March 2000, to issue 2.500.000 shares, series B. The shares have been issued to large Swedish and foreign institutional investors. Shares issued to foreign institutional investors represents two thirds of the total number of issued shares. The share price, 171 SEK/share have been set through a book-building procedure. The offering raises 427,5 million SEK to the company before costs associated with the transaction. H&Q Technology have acted as advisor in the transaction. The purpose of the secondary offering is to raise funds for further expansion in Europe and to broaden the institutional ownership.
