Adera's Dutch subsidiary petition for bankruptcy In the light of previous decisions to discontinue its operations in Amsterdam, a decision has been taken by the management of Adera with the effect that the Dutch subsidiary, HCM Holding, petition for bankruptcy. - The reason for these drastic measures is that the funds generated by the sale of parts of the Dutch operation would not be sufficient to engage in a normal closure of the company's operations. An additional contribution would be out of proportion to the effect of such a move, given the prevailing circumstances. Right now, it is more important that we focus our energy and resources where we intend to build our future, says Nils-Ove Andersson, Vice President and CFO at Adera. The effect of the measures above will be covered by the provisions already made for restructuring and the decision will thus have no further effect on Adera's earnings.
