Adera signs framework agreement with Swedish Agency for Public Management Adera-owned Astrakan is one of the suppliers selected in the Swedish Agency for Public Management's major procurement of IT services. The Agency for Public Management estimates that services for approximately SEK 250 million annually will be procured through the framework agreements. Some 110 companies participated in the procurement process, but only 38 received agreements. Astrakan secured a framework agreement within the technical field. Aida Belatchew, who is responsible for the procurement bid at Astrakan, believes that the company received the agreement as a result of its lengthy and broad experience in this area.
