Changes to Adera's Board of Directors Torbjörn Lindh, working Chairman of the Board of the IT driven Business and Enterprise Development business area at Adera, which is quoted on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, has been co-opted to the Board of Adera. At the same time Rolf Skoglund, who has been a Board member since 1999, is leaving the Board due to lack of time. "The restructuring phase that Adera has now entered makes it important to establish a close link between the work performed in Adera's main boardroom and the operations of the business areas," says Leif Nobel, Chairman of the Board. "By co-opting Torbjörn Lindh to the Board, we are consolidating this link." Adera is currently in the process of reorganising the company, which consists of two business areas: IT-driven Business and Enterprise Development and Integrated Communications. These two business areas will be run as limited liability companies and each will therefore have its own Board of Directors.
