Jean-Michel Deligny proposed as new member of Adera AB's Board of Directors Adera's nominating committee has proposed Jean-Michel Deligny (38) as a new member of the Board, to be decided at Adera's Special General Meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. Salén's Conference Center and Cafeterias, the "Berättaren" Room, Norrlandsgatan 15, Stockholm. Jean-Michel Deligny has a unique background of experience from London's finance world where, among other positions, he was responsible during 1997-1999 for the European arm of the "Global Technology Group" at Warburg Dillon Read's Corporate Finance Division. As of 2000, Jean-Michel is CEO of Go 4 venture, a risk-capital company he founded. It is proposed that Jean-Michel receive GBP 15,000 annually as a Board fee and be allotted 50,000 options within the framework of the bonus program decided at Adera's Special General Meeting held on July 19, 2000.
