Forest Survival Event Celebrates Dads’ Family Time

Sunderland men who have been enjoying more quality time with their children thanks to the city’s My Dad Matters programme will take their new-found skills one step further this weekend during a unique forestry-themed celebration event. A unique programme designed to help organisations improve the services they offer to family men is being launched across the country this month after a successful pilot. The Dad Test Audit from Fathers Plus helps nurseries, schools, childcare providers and Children’s Centres show how effective they are in meeting the needs of male carers. Excellent Turnout Greets Sunderland Dads’ Programme
