A plumber from Hull is celebrating a £1,000 windfall that will kick-start his new business, after winning a photo competition run by ADEY Professional Heating Solutions.

Exclusive to ADEY Installers’ Club members, the competition asked installers to show ADEY how much sludge they’ve collected on a MagnaClean or MagnaCleanse RapidFlush Filter, with the winner receiving £1,000 cash and the latestMagnaClean Professional 22mm completely free.

Martin Train, 29, owner of M Train Plumbing, Heating and Renewables Ltd, was crowned the winner after submitting his photo following the completion of a MagnaCleanse system flush for a customer.

Martin says: “I was researching power-flushing on the internet when I came across the ADEY Installers’ Club and read about the competition. I used the MagnaCleanse process on a system in a three bedroom dormer bungalow and theRapidFlush Filter collected a huge amount of sludge so I thought I’d take a photo and try my luck!

“I’m delighted to have won. I’ve only recently set up my own business and will put the money towards putting new graphics on my van.”

Elizabeth Russell, Central East Area Sales Manager at ADEY, explains: “We had some fantastic photos from installers who’ve been doing a great job clearing out some really dirty systems – I’m sure their customers have also been impressed with the results.”
