Advanced Content Services opts for measures toward collective opportunity; flexibility

FORT WAYNE, IN –August 17, 2010 (OTC: ADCS) Advanced Content Services, Inc.’s MTP Ventures announces today that executives have unanimously agreed to move forward through 2010 with no reverse split.  The company’s flagship ventures, the ‘too arresting to resist’ social networking and auction site, CopSwap.org, and the much anticipated pre-pay-it-forward debit card brainchild, ServeNation, are staple business acquisitions with original concepts that give executives confidence that it has enough IP ammo to move forward with tremendous outlook without the need for a reverse split, as was being contemplated by its board.

“Our recent successes have generated quite a bit of potential in line with a great responsibility to see these projects through,” states ADCS CEO, Mark B. Newbauer. “In proceeding, we must be sure to meet capitalization requirements while giving good reason for investor confidence and overall market appeal.  For companies ‘in it to win it’, this requires not only attention to project and operations detail, but also to existing and prospective shareholders.” Newbauer continues, “A reverse split can be useful, if not necessary, in certain situations towards corporate advancement; however, we have collectively decided that to better keep this aforementioned balance, there is another way. Further, we feel it would be disingenuous to perform a reverse at .0001 when other options exist. We have some good long-term shareholders on board which we feel deserve a chance to capitalize on their investment well before such a move.”

The company, to this effect “will look to call in a bit of backup,” states Newbauer, “by raising its authorized share count to enable the flexibility necessary to facilitate project materialization. This is a great time for us as a company in that we’ve taken our first few months to ensure we are moving forward with the right team, the right projects and, now, the control necessary to grow in a very big way,” states Newbauer.  “There’s been quite a bit of discussion and necessary planning and it’s now time to take action in line with the company’s long-term objectives by accomplishing the benchmarks therein. We are now prepared, after recent deliberations, positioning and actions therein, to effectively take charge of what we feel are highly profitable business models with mass appeal as we move forward with CopSwap, ServeNation and some attractive forthcoming ventures.”

As well, the company will expedite activity necessary to obtain a Current Info Tier rating on OTC Markets with a commitment to consistent company updates through Q4 into 2011.  The website for MTP Ventures along with an official company name change is currently underway. “Unfortunately, we will await a ticker symbol change as FINRA, effective June 1st,  changed their internal policy to on ticker symbol changes.  As a result, ADCS will remain the trading symbol for the time being. We understand that FINRA will soon effect a policy which enables us to purchase a ticker symbol change and we will do so toward enhanced brand recognition when this option becomes available.”

As well, ADCS will be spun out of its subsidiary position as its own completely separate, publicly traded entity, independent of its entertainment counterpart, Mike the Pike Productions (MIKP).

“In the past few months we’ve made tremendous progress on ServeNation, CopSwap and other ventures under due diligence and we are now prepared to release a consistent stream of updates from here in line with progressive growth. We trust this decision, overall, speaks volumes in terms of shareholder efficacy,” concludes Newbauer.
