Companies under consideration were evaluated for their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and company demographics. The evaluation process also included an employee engagement and satisfaction survey. The combined scores of the evaluation and employee engagement survey determined the Top Workplaces 2015 Companies and the final ranking.

For the third year, Columbus CEO and 10 TV are recognizing 60 Top Workplaces in Central Ohio. H.R. Gray was ranked 32 in the Small Organization category for businesses with 124 or fewer employees.
