October 16, London - Advantech, an innovative developer and manufacturer of high-quality, high-performance computing platforms, now offers a vast array of in-house support in the UK, as well as a revamped showroom and demo lab.

Advantech’s in-house UK support services includes key account managers to answer queries on-demand; customer service personnel; warehouse facilities; and engineers offering design support and proven preventative, diagnostic, remedial and repair services.

Advantech’s UK lab enables us to:

  • replicate customer issues for further investigation
  • test hardware
  • check power-related issues
  • check signals on oscilloscope
  • build proof-of-concept models/demos for exhibitions
  • screen test hardware in a thermal testing oven

To complement its support services, Advantech recently expanded its Germany-based Competence and Design-In Centre, equipped with state-of-the-art development and testing equipment; including 3D printers for fast prototyping, vibration tables with up to 100G stress profiles and climatic chambers for temperature tests and aging simulations.

The additional workforce will provide a professional framework, advisory service and the deployment of tailored, design-in work – supporting 85 dedicated sales and support staff across Europe.
